We respect the principles of seasonality and sustainability, following the European Union's "Farm to Fork" guidelines. A large portion of the ingredients used are produced in-house or sourced from local producers, emphasizing the "km 0" concept and guaranteeing freshness, authenticity, and quality in every dish.
