In the heart of the Alto Douro wine region, on the right bank of the Douro River, in the parish of Vilarinho da Castanheira, our family project was born.

We are a family of farmers, with five generations dedicated to the same land — generations that have worked and continue to work daily with passion, respect, and commitment. Over the years, we have cultivated not only vineyards and olive groves, but also a deep connection to tradition, authenticity, and quality.

Beyond wine and olive oil production, in 2015 we decided to take a new step and start our rural tourism activity on our farm, with the aim of diversifying and enhancing our agricultural holdings. Thus was born a project that combines hospitality, wine tourism and gastronomy, providing genuine experiences in the heart of the Douro landscape.

At our Wine House, our newest venture, offering an exclusive and tranquil atmosphere, we invite our guests to discover the essence of traditional Portuguese cuisine, paired with our wines.

We respect the principles of seasonality and sustainability, aligned with the European strategy "From Farm to Fork". A large part of the ingredients used are produced in-house or sourced from local producers, valuing the concept of "km 0" and guaranteeing freshness, authenticity, and quality in every dish.
